Custom Bathrobes Based on Confirmed Specifications
Robenexa develops custom bathrobes for hotels, spa suppliers, importers, wholesalers, retail chains and private-label brands. The development process is based on measurable specifications rather than a general customization request. Fabric construction, composition, GSM, robe dimensions, collar style, color, embroidery, labels and packaging are reviewed before sampling.
Our core product range includes terry, waffle, cotton, fleece, satin and bamboo-blend robes. Kimono, shawl-collar and hooded constructions can be developed in adult or kids’ sizing, depending on the selected fabric and order requirements. Each program is evaluated according to its intended use, target quantity and level of customization.
Buyers can begin with an existing robe style, a reference photo, a measurement chart, a tech pack or a physical sample. We use these references to identify the details that must be confirmed before preparing a quotation or development sample.
Fabric Composition and GSM Selection
Fabric selection affects absorbency, warmth, drying time, garment weight, appearance and cost. Hotel and spa programs commonly focus on cotton terry, cotton waffle, cotton velour, microfiber or cotton-polyester constructions. Seasonal retail programs may require polyester fleece, while lighter private-label or promotional robes may use satin.
The quotation should state the required composition and target GSM whenever these specifications are available. Fabric availability, custom color requirements and minimum material quantities can affect the finished-product MOQ and development time. Bulk fabric is checked for appearance, color and required weight before cutting.
Size, Style and Construction Development
Bathrobe development can cover garment length, chest width, sleeve length, collar construction, hood shape, pocket position, belt dimensions and belt-loop placement. Adult, unisex and kids’ size ranges can be prepared according to an approved measurement chart.
A reference sample is useful when the robe fit or construction must be reproduced closely. If only a photo is available, the required dimensions and construction details must be confirmed separately. The sample becomes the physical reference for workmanship, proportions and overall appearance.
The Size and Style Development process is especially important when producing a new size range or adjusting an existing hotel robe for another market. Size grading and measurement tolerances should be approved before bulk cutting begins.
Custom Colors, Embroidery and Branding
Order-specific colors can be reviewed against a physical color reference, available fabric swatch or agreed color standard. Color feasibility and MOQ depend on the fabric construction and material supply. A color shown on a screen should not be treated as the only bulk-production reference because displays and fabric surfaces reproduce colors differently.
Computerized embroidery is the main custom logo method described for Robenexa bathrobe programs. Buyers should provide clear artwork together with the required logo dimensions, position and thread colors. Embroidery is checked for scale, placement, stitch appearance and its effect on the surrounding fabric before bulk application.
Logo size and stitch coverage affect embroidery cost and production time. Thick terry, light satin and fleece surfaces also require different embroidery handling. Private Labels, Packaging and Barcode Setup
Private-label support may include woven labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags and barcode labels. Label text, size, material, position and attachment method must be confirmed before production. Care-label content should be supplied or approved by the buyer according to the product composition and destination-market requirements.
Available packing directions include individual polybags, recycled polybags, belly bands, gift boxes, retail boxes and export cartons. Packaging dimensions, printed content, barcode data, size-color identification and carton marks should be included in the order specification.
Custom boxes and printed packaging may have separate supplier MOQs and longer preparation times than standard polybags. Sample Approval Before Bulk Production
Standard bathrobe samples normally take 5–10 days. Development involving a new fabric, color, size specification, construction or branding may require around 10–15 days. Actual timing is confirmed after the requirements and material availability are reviewed.
The approval should cover fabric, GSM, measurements, color, construction, embroidery, labels and packing details. Bulk production is released only after the sample, product specification and commercial order details have been confirmed. Normal bulk production takes approximately 25–40 days, depending on fabric, quantity, embroidery, packaging and production scheduling.
MOQ and Information Required for a Quote
Standard programs usually start at approximately 300–500 pieces per style. Deeper fabric, color, branding or packaging customization may require around 800–1,500 pieces. Final MOQ depends on the material, color, size breakdown and purchased packaging components.
