Private Label Setup for B2B Bathrobe Programs
Robenexa supports private label bathrobe development for hospitality suppliers, importers, wholesalers, retail chains and branded collections. Label requirements are handled as part of the complete product specification—not added as an undefined branding request after production begins.
Available components may include woven brand labels, printed labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags and barcode stickers. The suitable combination depends on the robe material, target market, sales channel and packaging format.
Private label orders are developed against an approved sample. Fabric, GSM, dimensions, color, robe construction and branding details should be confirmed together so that the finished product and its labels remain consistent during bulk production.
Woven Labels, Care Labels and Size Labels
Woven labels are commonly used for the main brand identity at the back neck, inside collar or another agreed position. Buyers should provide the logo artwork, finished label dimensions, background color, text color, folding method and required attachment position.
Care labels normally contain fiber composition, washing instructions, country-of-origin information and other buyer-supplied product details. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the wording and symbols meet the requirements of the destination market. We can prepare the label layout according to the confirmed information, but regulatory claims should be verified before production.
Size labels can be produced separately or incorporated into the main or care label. Size naming, such as S–XL, one size, adult, kids or buyer-specific codes, must match the approved size specification.
For embroidered branding on the robe itself, buyers can also review our Logo & Embroidery options.
Artwork and Label Sample Confirmation
Clear artwork helps prevent differences in letter shape, spacing and color. Vector files in AI, EPS or PDF format are preferred. A readable high-resolution file may also be reviewed when vector artwork is unavailable.
Before bulk production, the label artwork should confirm:
- Finished dimensions and folding method
- Logo, wording and font
- Background and thread or print colors
- Fiber composition and care instructions
- Size identification
- Sewing position and attachment method
A physical label sample or photo confirmation may be arranged depending on the order. When the label is attached to a bathrobe sample, the buyer can evaluate its scale, position, comfort and appearance before approving bulk use.
Hangtags, Barcodes and Retail Identification
Hangtags can carry brand information, product codes, sizes, care notes or other buyer-approved content. Buyers should provide the artwork, tag dimensions, paper requirements, hole position and attachment method.
Barcode information must be supplied and checked by the buyer. SKU, color and size codes should correspond to the order breakdown and packing list. Incorrect or late barcode data can delay packing even when garment production is complete.
Where individual retail presentation is required, labels and hangtags should be coordinated with Custom Packaging & Barcode requirements before the quotation is finalized.
MOQ, Cost and Production Timing
Private label cost is affected by label type, size, material, color count, quantity and finishing method. Small label quantities may be subject to a minimum production charge even when the bathrobe quantity meets the garment MOQ.
Standard bathrobe programs usually start at approximately 300–500 pieces per style. More extensive fabric, color, branding or packaging development may require a higher MOQ, commonly around 800–1,500 pieces. The applicable quantity must be evaluated against the complete specification.
Sampling normally takes 5–10 days for standard requirements and may take around 10–15 days when new labels, colors or construction details must be developed. Bulk production generally takes approximately 25–40 days after the bathrobe sample, labels, order details and packaging are approved.
Information Needed for a Private Label Quotation
To prepare a workable quotation, please provide the robe style, fabric composition or target GSM, size range, order quantity and color requirements. Branding files should include the main logo, label artwork, care-label wording, hangtag design and barcode data where applicable.
Also specify the required label positions, individual packing method, destination country and preferred trade term. These details allow us to review sample requirements, MOQ, label costs, production timing and packing arrangements as one complete Custom OEM bathrobe program.
